AMC’s Executive Pay Plan Opposed by Two Proxy Advisers (1)

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc.’s executive compensation policies drew criticism from two prominent shareholder advisory firms in advance of the movie theater chain’s June 16 annual meeting.

Institutional Shareholder Services recommended investors withhold their vote to re-elect Chief Executive Officer Adam Aron and three other directors, and vote against the company’s executive compensation package. ISS cited the company’s “poor responsiveness” to shareholder concerns over executive pay at its last meeting.
