Amazon Fends Off Executive’s Sex Bias, Equal Pay Suit, for Now

A female former Amazon executive failed to plead sufficient claims of sex discrimination, pay bias, or retaliation and must try again if she wishes to pursue her lawsuit, a California federal judge ruled.
