Altarum Institute Wins $200,000 Bonus Spat With Former Executive

The former president of an Altarum Institute subsidiary breached contracts governing her bonus payments when she failed to return more than $200,000 she received shortly before her 2022 resignation, a federal judge ruled.

Elizabeth Maloney breached contracts by leaving her position with Palladian Partners Inc. two months before the date she was initially scheduled to be paid, Judge Christopher R. Cooper said in a Tuesday opinion awarding summary judgment to Altarum on its claim for breach of contract.
