Alight Must Disclose 401(k) Price Data in Home Depot Class Suit

Alight Financial Advisors LLC must turn over documents showing the fees it charges other 401(k) plan customers in a class action covering tens of thousands of investors in Home Depot Inc.'s 401(k) plan, a federal judge in North Carolina ruled.

Alight opposed the Home Depot plan participants’ subpoena. It argued the requested pricing information was “commercially sensitive and confidential” and disproportionate to the needs of the lawsuit against Home Depot.
