Aegis Media Americas Inc. and a class of workers challenging the company’s 401(k) plan fees have reached a tentative settlement, the parties told a Manhattan federal judge.
The parties asked Judge Margaret M. Garnett to pause all pending deadlines in the lawsuit and give them until Aug. 6 to file their agreement for court approval. Their joint letter, filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, didn’t include details about the terms of the settlement.
