A $19 million class settlement benefiting participants in Advanced Diagnostic Group’s employee stock ownership plan received final court approval, as did an award of more than $6.3 million in attorneys’ fees.
The deal, which is slated to provide gross payments of more than $100,000 to 185 people who received distributions from the Advanced Diagnostic stock plan, represents between 22% and 28% of the participants’ maximum estimated damages, according to the settlement motion.
