Verizon Urges NJ Court to Rein In Opt-outs in $100 Million Class

Both sides battling over a $100 million Verizon Wireless stealth fees class settlement Wednesday tried to leverage a decision about TikTok to win over a skeptical New Jersey Appeals Court panel.
