Clippers Allegedly ‘Stonewalling’ Kawhi Leonard Signing Suit (1)

The Los Angeles Clippers organization is stonewalling requests for the production of documents in a $2.5 million breach of contract lawsuit over the signing of basketball standout Kawhi Leonard, plaintiff Johnny Wilkes told a Los Angeles court.

Requests for production directed to Clippers owner Steve Ballmer and the team’s President of Basketball Operations, Lawrence Frank, were met with “boilerplate objections to each and every request,” which is a “clear abuse” that “should not be tolerated,” Wilkes said.
