MoFo Adds Ex-House Speaker Counsel Hamm to DC White Collar Team

Kimberly Hamm joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its investigations and white collar defense group and co-chair of its congressional investigations group in Washington, DC, the firm announced Wednesday.

Hamm previously served as general counsel to US House of Representatives Speaker Kevin McCarthy and as chief counsel to US Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Jay Clayton. She represents public and private companies before House and Senate committees and advises financial institutions on political, regulatory, and legislative matters, the firm said.

She joins from Mayer Brown, according to her LinkedIn profile.
