Kati Orso joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its real estate, development, and construction industry group in Austin, Texas, the firm announced Thursday.
Orso assists clients with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and represents landlords and tenants in office, retail, restaurant, and medical office building leasing transactions. She represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail and office projects, mixed-use developments, multi-family residential projects, and unimproved land, and represents private equity firms and portfolio companies in real estate portfolio transactions, the firm said.
She joins from Jackson Walker.
