FisherBroyles Recruits Partner Jeff Lane in Milwaukee (Correct)

Jeff Lane joined FisherBroyles as a partner in its corporate practice in Milwaukee, the firm announced Dec. 9.

Lane’s practice spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, public and private financings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance. He served as executive vice president and general counsel of MGIC Investment Corp. and has managed high-stakes litigation and arbitration, including SEC enforcement investigations, the firm said.

Before his previous work at MGIC Investment, he was a corporate and securities partner at Foley & Lardner.
