Dollar General Denied Arbitration Due to Ex-Worker’s Disability

A disabled former Dollar General employee suing the company for discrimination, retaliation, and constructive termination won’t have to arbitrate his claims for now, but must undergo discovery regarding his mental capacity, a federal court in New Jersey said.
