Two founding partners and an attorney with an embattled Los Angeles law firm are facing discipline charges from the California State Bar over allegations they practiced law without licenses in other states and skirted rules of professional conduct.
The three attorneys with Downtown LA Law Group LLP received notice of the charges on Monday, nearly three months after another attorney with the firm was accused of similar allegations, the state bar said in a news release Thursday.
