Well, almost.

After a Delaware judge Monday threw out the last Tesla investor lawsuits filed before its move to Texas, the billionaire still technically has one actual and one potential legal matter remaining: First, a different judge is handling some lingering cleanup related to the legal fees handed out in an older case that challenged Tesla’s board comp.
