The Delaware Chancery Court has now formally approved the $190 million settlement that stopped Mark Zuckerberg from having to testify about the Cambridge Analytica scandal at Facebook.

The lawsuit was the first case to actually make it to trial with the claims named for the 1996 Chancery ruling in In re Caremark Int’l Inc. Derivative Litig., which set parameters for oversight liability under Delaware law.
