Ex-CEO of Bankrupt Aquatic-Parks Company Arrested in Cancun (1)

The former head of bankrupt aquatic-parks operator The Dolphin Company has been arrested in Mexico, according to law enforcement.

Eduardo Albor was taken into custody Thursday afternoon at a restaurant in Cancun and will be transferred to a jail in Mexico City, arrest records show.

Albor’s arrest stems from a legal action one of The Dolphin Company’s Mexican affiliates brought against him last year after advisers took control of the business, company lawyer Sean Greecher told a judge during a Friday bankruptcy hearing in Delaware.
