Blue Bell Exec Says Ex-CEO Barred Tests

On Day 3 of the Blue Bell Creameries Trial, the company’s vice president of operations testified that Blue Bell found potential listeria contamination in ice cream products in 2011, but its then-CEO shut down further testing and distributed the items for sale, Jennifer Kay reports from Delaware Chancery Court.
