Apollo’s Rowan Resolves Javice Fraud Suit
Apollo Global CEO Marc Rowan resolved a lawsuit JPMorgan brought against him and other early investors in Charlie Javice’s startup, Sabrina Willmer reports.
Javice was convicted in March 2025 of defrauding JPMorgan in its $175 million acquisition of her company. The bank is now seeking to recoup some of its losses from her backers. A trust controlled by Rowan, who invested in the startup in a personal capacity, was one of the defendants named in a sealed complaint the bank filed last month in Delaware Chancery Court.
