Zoetis, Female Veterinary Pathologist Headed for Equal Pay Trial

A jury must decide whether Zoetis Inc. and a subsidiary paid a veterinary pathologist less than two men because she’s a woman, a New Jersey federal judge ruled.

A trial is needed to determine whether Frances Yvonne Schulman and the male veterinary pathologists did substantially equal work, as required under the Equal Pay Act, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey said.
