Yale Professor May Pursue Retaliation Claims Over Tenure Denial

A Yale University professor who was denied tenure may pursue civil rights and employment claims against the school based on evidence that some members of the review committee may have retaliated against her for speaking out against sexual harassment within the Department of Spanish & Portuguese, the District of Connecticut said.
