X Gets Former Twitter Workers’ Disability Bias Suit Tossed (1)

X Corp. defeated a lawsuit alleging the social media company’s policies pushed disabled workers out after Elon Musk took over, but a federal judge said the ex-employees could try again Wednesday.

The workers challenged demands that they return to office and prepare to work long hours, which they say discriminate against disabled employees. But they didn’t explain how the policies treated them differently than workers without disabilities or disproportionately affected disabled employees, the US District Court for the Northern District of California said.
