Wyoming Workers’ Compensation Doesn’t Depend on Documents

Whether an employer reasonably believes an employee is authorized to work in the U.S., for workers’ compensation purposes, doesn’t depend on whether it has in its possession all documents required under federal law, the Wyoming Supreme Court ruled Oct. 6 (In re Worker’s Compensation Claim of Gonzalez v. Reiman Corp., 2015 BL 328750, Wyo., S-15-0016, 10/6/15).
