Wynn Resorts Women Seek to Revive Anonymous Sex Harassment Suit

Nine Wynn Resorts salon workers told the Ninth Circuit their suit over sexual harassment by former CEO Steve Wynn was wrongly dismissed as collectively pleaded and they were mistakenly denied a chance to fix the deficiencies identified by a lower court.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada also wrongly denied them permission to pursue the case using pseudonyms rather than their real names, the women said in their opening brief on appeal.
