Fatal workplace injuries in the US decreased by almost 4% last year, according to data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration attributed the decrease in fatal worker injuries to their enforcement efforts, initiatives centered on supporting mental health and preventing worker drug overdoses, and its promotion of workplace safety and health management systems.
