Workers Returning to Office by Fall, Business Groups Tell EEOC

Business groups anticipate waves of workers will begin returning to the office after the Fourth of July, with Covid-19 vaccines now widely available in the United States.

Johnny Taylor, the president and chief executive of the Society for Human Resource Management, said workers will likely start to trickle back into the office in early July, but the “largest wave will be right after Labor Day.” SHRM represents more than 300,000 human resource professionals and business executive members.
