Worker with Lyme Disease Has Bias Claim Revived

A printing machine operator who was fired after he was recovering from a spinal tap that revealed he had Lyme disease can proceed with a New Jersey law disability bias claim, a state appeals court ruled (Cook v. Gregory Press, Inc., 2016 BL 259465, N.J. Super. Ct. App. Div., DOCKET NO. A-5646-13T3, unpublished 8/11/16).
