Worker Who Alleged Retaliatory Dropbox Hack Settles Suit (1)

The former executive director of a Pennsylvania county career center settled her lawsuit alleging her Dropbox account was illegally accessed after she complained that her boss was sexually harassing her, federal court records show.

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania entered an order of dismissal Monday after being informed of the settlement by Elizabeth Frankhouser and Clearfield County Career & Technology Center. The terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed. Counsel for Frankhouser declined to comment on the settlement, and the county didn’t immediately respond to Bloomberg Law’s request for comment or more detail.
