Worker Wellness Program Regulations Delayed Again by EEOC (1)

Companies wishing for additional guidance on what kind of corporate wellness plans they can offer employees will have to wait longer, once again, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s spring regulatory agenda.

This is the second time the contested wellness regulations (RIN:3046-AB10; RIN:3046-AB11) have been pushed back. The proposed regulations were first due for release in January, then that was pushed back to June, and now December.
