Democracy Forward, along with the National Women’s Law Center and Massey & Gail LLP, filed a motion to intervene Wednesday in Oracle’s lawsuit against the DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, out of concern that the Justice Department won’t fully defend the agency’s enforcement program.
