A human resources manager with depression and anxiety can move forward with her suit alleging that she was terminated after requesting leave for her conditions, a federal court in Minnesota ruled.
Tanya Moryn, a former Minneapolis-based HR manager for G4S Secure Solutions Inc., survivedher former employer’s motion for summary judgment Tuesday, allowing the case to go to trial. Judge David S. Doty of the US District Court for the District of Minnesota found that her claims that she was retaliated against for requesting leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act were strong enough to go before a jury. ...
