A New York Toyota dealer and three of its employees defeated a woman’s bid to shield her identity in her lawsuit claiming she was drugged and raped while working there.
Jane Doe said her assailant also harassed her following the alleged sexual assault, including by making comments about her body and trying to convince her to have sex with him again. And other co-workers joined in the sexual harassment, she said.
The harassment also sometimes had racial overtones, Doe said, including the mocking of her accent and verbal attacks on her Indian descent.
