Worker Advocates Say EEOC’s Pay Data Collection Is Incomplete

A controversial employer pay data collection isn’t yet complete, despite the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s stance that it should now be closed, worker advocates said in an Oct. 22 court filing.

The National Women’s Law Center and the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement disagree with the EEOC’s calculation of the percentage of employers that must submit wage-and-hour data to the agency before the collection can be deemed finished.
