The Arizona Department of Education did not violate the Equal Pay Act by compensating an education program specialist with the working title “state supervisor” based on her specialized content knowledge and by using salary history as one of several factors, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona held Jan. 8 (Rexroat v. Ariz. Dep’t of Educ.).
