Wisconsin McDonald’s Franchiser Settles Race Bias Lawsuit

Pensec, Inc., a Wisconsin company with nine McDonald’s fast food restaurants, has agreed to pay $31,137, and provide other relief to settle a race discrimination lawsuit, according to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Monday.

The EEOC charged that Pensec failed to or refused to hire Black applicants because of their race.
