Wisconsin High Court Tosses Challenge to ‘Power Grab’ Laws

A lawsuit filed by Wisconsin labor unions challenging “power grab” legislation passed by Republicans during a lame duck session of the Legislature hangs by a thread after the Wisconsin Supreme Court tossed a similar suit filed by the League of Women Voters.
