Win for J&J Ripples to Similar Wells Fargo Case on Health Costs

The dismissal of a former Johnson & Johnson employee’s lawsuit over the company’s health plan costs won’t affect a similar case against Wells Fargo & Co., attorneys for the plaintiffs told a Minnesota federal court.
