Charles (CJ) Gelinas joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as a partner in its corporate finance practice in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Gelinas represents issuers, underwriters, lenders, and borrowers in a wide range of asset-backed securities and structured products, including warehouse transactions, asset-based financings, and master repurchase agreements. He advises servicers and investors on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of mortgage servicing rights, servicing advance receivables, and related assets, the firm said.
He joins from Dentons.
