Reversing a jury verdict, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit Feb. 10 ruled that a white woman married to a black co-worker who claimed race discrimination, harassment, and a retaliation following an incident in which a white co-worker uttered racial slurs has no claim under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (Robinson v. Cavalry Portfolio Servs. LLC).
