White Scriptwriter Agrees to Drop CBS, Paramount Bias Lawsuit

A White heterosexual man agreed to end his discrimination suit alleging CBS Studios Inc., Paramount Global, and CBS Entertainment Group LLC unlawfully denied him a staff writer position on the television series “Seal Team.”

Brian Beneker and the companies asked the US District Court for the Central District of California to dismiss the case with prejudice in an April 18 filing.
