White CACI Manager Could Show Firing Meant to ‘Send Message’

CACI must face trial on a former manager’s claims that she was fired because she is White and the company wanted to appear responsive to the rash of race discrimination complaints it received about her department, most of which concerned her boss, the District of Maryland said.

Danna Wethje’s suit is based in part on a comment the executive director of CACI-ISS Inc.'s business development department made after the complaints her and senior vice president Laura Shear were received.
