West Virginia Kroger Workers Approve Revised Contract

A labor contract covering more than 4,200 Kroger Co. workers in West Virginia has been approved.

The United Food and Commercial Workers International Union Local 400 said Saturday that its members voted 701 to 208 to accept the revised terms. The approval came after a previous company proposal was rejected and the workers voted to strike.
