West Texas Boring Co. Employees Allege $2 Million in Unpaid OT

Four employees of West Texas Boring Company sued the business on behalf of themselves and other employees, alleging inadequate time records and unpaid overtime.

Their complaint also names WTB’s leadership, Craig Morse and Mark Jones, as defendants for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Andres Rodriguez, Alex Lozoya, Eric Lozoya and Benjamin Lunsford, who filed their complaint in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas, say they routinely worked more than 40 hours per week between 2020 and 2023.
