Army West Point Athletic Association Inc. reached a settlement agreement with a doctor for its athletic training program who alleges he was fired in retaliation for trying to protect athletes and remedy discrimination against female soccer and basketball players.
Counsel for plaintiff Jonathan Oliver, Jason Solotaroff with Giskan Solotaroff & Anderson LLP, told Bloomberg Law the terms of the settlement, entered Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, are confidential.
