Wells Fargo Wins Dismissal of Suit Over Prescription Drug Costs

A group of former Wells Fargo employees failed to prove the bank neglected its fiduciary duties over its health plan’s prescription drug costs because they could not prove concrete harm, a federal judge in Minnesota ruled Monday.

The workers sued in July in the US District Court for the District of Minnesota, alleging the plan paid excessive administrative fees and prescription drug prices compared to other large employer plans.
