Wells Fargo Hit With Race Bias Suit by Ex-VP Banker (1)

A Black former Wells Fargo Bank NA vice president-level banker alleges he was discriminated against based on his race and subjected to a hostile work environment, in a lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania federal court.

Shawn Walker, who held the position of premier banker at the banking giant, says a Black branch manager was pressured to resign based on his race, leaving Walker to report to a White man named Anthony Siligato. Siligato allegedly questioned Walker’s salary and title in a demeaning manner that he didn’t with the White workers.
