Weis Markets Inc., will pay $75,000 and furnish other relief to settle a sexual harassment and disability discrimination lawsuit, the EEOC announced Tuesday.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s suit claims a male supervisor at a Weis grocery store in Mifflintown, Pa., subjected a female employee to a sexually hostile work environment that included unwanted physical contact and sexual comments.
