Weed Grower Illegally Fired Union Supporters, Labor Judge Finds

A Washington cannabis manufacturer must rehire two workers and could potentially face a rerun unionization election after a National Labor Relations Board Judge found it had committed a series of violations during workers’ organizing campaigns.

Grow Op Farms LLC, based in Spokane Valley, Wash., in 2023 unlawfully fired organizers, threatened and interrogated workers, and removed union materials, NLRB Administrative Law Judge Dickie Montemayor held Thursday.
