The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has fined Young Corp. more than $2 million and cited the company with 175 workplace safety violations in Seattle, the agency said Thursday.
L&I conducted inspections across Young Corp.'s headquarters, the Nordick Manufacturing machine shop division, and the Meltec Foundry division. Across the three locations, L&I found 31 willful serious, seven willful general, 94 serious and more than 40 general violations.
