Washington Farmworker Union Loses Bid to Overturn DOL Wage Rates

A Washington State farmworkers union failed in its legal attempt to prevent the US Labor Department from replacing 2020 wage standards with wages based on more recent survey results the group said shortchanged agricultural workers.

Familias Unidas por la Justicia, AFL-CIO made a weak showing of irreparable harm, US District Court for the Western District of Washington Judge John Chun found in an order denying a preliminary injunction Tuesday.
