WarnerMedia Offers Buyouts to Turner Staffers in AT&T Shake-Up

AT&T Inc.’s WarnerMedia is offering voluntary buyouts to older employees at its Turner division as the telecom giant overhauls spending and consolidates its sprawling new media empire.

Employees at Turner, which includes CNN, TNT and TBS, are eligible for a buyout if they are at least 55 years old and have put in 10 years there by the end of 2019, according to a memo obtained by Bloomberg. The offer excludes on-air talent and union employees.
